Together we co-create a plan of action that will get you to your goals faster and more easily than you would have on your own.
My coaching style is a hybrid of coaching and mentoring where my focus is on your goals. I am direct and result focused with strategic solutions. Time is one thing we can never get back, so if we are working together, please be prepared to work. I believe coaching is more than improving one’s performance; it is a business tool that can drive success, happiness, and life balance. I have over 15 years working with executives and leaders in healthcare and finance.
